How do Civilore webinars work?
Webinars are live online sessions led by working civil engineers. After you register, the meeting link and joining details are emailed to you and shown in My Library, and you can ask questions live.
Are webinars free?
Some webinars are free and others are paid; the price is shown on each webinar page. Free webinars still require registration so the joining link can be sent to you.
Will I get a recording?
Recordings are provided for selected webinars and appear in My Library after the session. Each webinar page states whether a recording will be available.
Can I cancel a webinar registration?
Paid webinars can be cancelled for a full refund more than 24 hours before the start time. Within 24 hours, refunds are handled case by case as a 50% refund or credit.
