Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Civilore ("Platform", "Website", "Service"), operated by Durga Prasad Lankalapalli ("Merchant", "Proprietor") under the trade name Civilore ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Durga Prasad Lankalapalli (Proprietor of Civilore), governed by the laws of India, particularly the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Digital Products & License

When you purchase a digital bundle, webinar, or course from Civilore, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the downloaded files with any third party.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users under one account.
  • You may not use our content for commercial purposes, including training or consulting, without written permission.
  • Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchase price.
  • You are responsible for any additional charges by your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a specific refund policy aligned with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

Eligible for Refund

  • • Technical issues preventing access
  • • Duplicate payment (within 24 hours)
  • • Content significantly different from description
  • • Payment processed but access not granted

Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Content already accessed/downloaded
  • • Request after 7 days of purchase
  • • Change of mind after access
  • • User-side technical issues

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours if not downloaded. No cancellation after download.

Online Courses

Cancellation within 48 hours if less than 10% viewed. Lifetime access once purchased.

🎥

Live Webinars

Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Full refund if cancelled by us.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
  • Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

All content on Civilore, including but not limited to AutoCAD files, Excel templates, course materials, videos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Civilore and is protected by Indian copyright laws and international treaties.

Limitation of Liability

Civilore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products. Our resources are educational aids and should not replace professional engineering judgment.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation in Bangalore, Karnataka
  3. Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
