Are Civilore courses live or recorded?

Civilore courses are self-paced recorded video courses organised into modules and lessons, so you can learn at your own speed. Live sessions are offered separately as webinars.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. When you complete every lesson in a course you can download a Civilore completion certificate, and each certificate has a public verification link you can share with employers.

How long do I have access to a course?

Lifetime. A course is a one-time purchase and stays in My Library for as long as your account exists, including any updates to the course.

Can I watch on my phone?

Yes. Courses play in any modern mobile or desktop browser, and Civilore also has an Android app that you can download from the website.

Can I get a refund on a course?

Yes, a full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase if you have watched less than 10% of the course. Email support@civilore.com with your order details.
